Executive Assistant
Job Description:
We are searching for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to directly support our Executive staff. This role will be responsible for anticipating the COO and Executive Chairman’s needs, managing all correspondence, scheduling, general day-to-day organization tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience handling a wide range of administrative, financial and executive support related tasks that is looking to establish their career as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is genuinely motivated by contributing to the success of others. - Prepare agendas for all VP meetings, including meeting attendance as needed
- Preparing, processing and reconciling expense reports, purchase orders and payment requests as needed

- Organization of all site communications
- Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments.
- Work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervision
